Lesley Ann Brandt and Maria Bartiromo

Born on December 2 1981, in Cape Town South Africa Lesley-Ann Brandt is an actress and model well known for her appearances in both movies and television shows. Having started her acting career through The New Zealand sitcom Diplomatic Immunity Brandt's American debut came in the form of her second role, playing Naevia in the historical drama series Spartacus: Blood and Sand. The actress has appeared on numerous shows over the last decade which included Spartacus: Gods of the Arena CSI: NY Single Ladies The Librarians and Spartacus: Gods of the Arena. Brandt began playing Mazikeen (the role performed by Tom Ellis Lauren German, as well as Kevin Alejandro) in the urban-fantasy series Lucifer at the beginning of 2016. Brandt grew up in Cape Town South Africa. When she reached her late teens, she moved from Cape Town to Auckland New Zealand along with her mother and siblings. Brandt started her modelling career with ads and commercials. Before her rise to recognition as a model, she was employed in sales at retail as well as working as an information technology recruitment consultant. She played Leilani an NZer in the sitcom Diplomatic Immunity in 2009. Her first appearance was on Spartacus Blood and Sand in 2021. She played Naevia, a slave in the show. The character of Naevia was reprised in the Spartacus sequel, Spartacus Gods of the Arena. Craig Parker and she co-starred in three television shows, Diplomatic Immunity (2009), Spartacus (2010), and Legend of the Seeker (2008). She began playing Mazikeen, a demon who seeks bounty on Netflix's hit show Lucifer. The role is her most prominent to date. She co-stars in the show together with Tom Ellis Lauren Germany Kevin Alejandro and D. B. Woodside.
