Arike Ogunbowale

Arike was an American basketball player. She plays for the Dallas Wings, a team in the Women's National Basketball Association. She was selected as the 5th selection overall in the 2019 WNBA Draft by the Dallas Wings. Arike Ogunbowale was born in Milwaukee Wisconsin on March 2 1997. She is the daughter of Yolanda Ogunbowale as well as Gregory Ogunbowale. She has two brothers Mario (26 and 26 years young) and Dare Ogunbowale (20 years old). Her high school career was complete with 73 wins, 1,477 career points and 739 career rebounds. Ogunbowale took gold at the 2013 FIBA Americas U16 Championship, 2013 FIBA U17 World Championship, as well as the 2013 FIBA 3x3 U18 Championship. The 7th of July 2014 was the day she was also named for the 2014 USA Youth Olympic Women's Basketball Team.
